Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist confronting someone who has been observing a statue for days. The observer recognizes the protagonist despite his disguise and they delve into how he identified him. This triggers a conversation about their past, how they've both changed and ultimately how this will effect their future. The protagonist then resolves to leave and train, directing his subordinate to send messages to him at High Peak Mountain if needed.
