Synopsis

The chapter opens with a monologue from someone who has perfected impersonating Zhou Tao, yet expresses dissatisfaction, leading to the reveal they're holding Chang Zhang captive. Ming He investigates and finds the imposter, who confirms they are not human, revealing a monstrous nature and a desire to kill and eat Chang Zhang, while also boasting about their cooking abilities. The chapter culminates with the monster preparing to harm Chang Zhang as they reveal their monstrous nature.
