Synopsis

Professor Feng is apprehended by authorities due to his involvement in the Lanyang City incident where monster blood was harvested. He gifts element-absorbing gloves to Ming He and reveals his past of struggling research, eventually funded by a 'Mentor' who guided him. He expresses remorse for the Lanyang City incident, admitting his mistake in supporting the experiments. He explains that this mysterious 'Mentor' is extremely powerful and he would likely be killed if he knew his true identity.
