Synopsis

The protagonist awakens in a hospital plagued by mutant cockroaches and learns from a nurse about the polluted source causing the mutations. They escape the hospital just as a large mutant rat appears at a bridge, quickly overpowering and killing a pyro-kinetic superhuman. Despite being a high school student who failed his superhuman school entrance exam, the protagonist refuses to seek shelter, determined to use his fighting skills to protect those who helped him.
