Synopsis

Ming He is in a dire situation, surrounded by rapidly evolving monsters while simultaneously being pursued by Doctor Zhao. He manages to contact officials, revealing Doctor Zhao’s plan to pollute the city’s water supply with a mutagenic blood serum. Ming He explains that he stole the serum, which contains the key to developing a cure, and urges them to send experts to the amusement park where he is hiding before it’s too late. Ming He needs to evade Doctor Zhao while awaiting backup.
