After Heonwon Kang defeats a senior in a public competition, some students accuse him of cheating while others defend him and his skill. The Rising Swordsmanship Research Society (RSRS) then declares its support for Heonwon to be the club alliance president, due to a pre-fight bet. At the end, Heonwon publicly challenges the current 'Sword Dragon' title holder, Dokgo Joon, setting up a high stakes conflict.
A surprising upset in a competition leads to accusations and a power shift. The chapter ends with a declaration of war for the title of 'Sword Dragon'.
