Synopsis

The chapter opens with a man ranting about his mistreatment and blaming others for his situation, his speech filled with demonic energy. He's revealed to be a user of Black Blood Demonic Arts, a technique that eventually drives its users insane. After being confronted about his use of these arts, and after some physical restraint, it is revealed that he is not a willing practitioner. A flashback unveils the Blood Cult's demonic soul implantation project, turning orphans into ticking time bombs, controlled by the cult leaders and destined to spread chaos once awakened.
