Synopsis

The chapter begins with the revelation that new instructors at the Azure Dragon Academy are frequently attacked. Students then find themselves suddenly in a practical midterm exam at night, where they must protect their nametags for twenty minutes from the 'Four Heavenly Kings' and their underlings, while navigating a chaotic free-for-all. This intense exam includes the use of poison and allows the students to hide or run. Finally, some students use a coordinated effort to break away from the larger group, demonstrating surprising teamwork.
