Synopsis

The chapter reveals a precarious political landscape with concerns about an encroaching threat from the west, prompting the need for alliances. A strong spy network is established and growing rapidly which is aiding in gathering information. Meanwhile, a powerful, mysterious character named Vlad is suspended and encounters a mysterious figure who recognizes his hidden potential. It also becomes apparent that an experienced character has a sword that is not up to snuff, and that this same character is battling very strange monsters.
