Synopsis

Vlad, designated as the proxy by the Bayezid family, prepares to confront One-Armed Jack, the corrupt back-alley boss. The chapter establishes that Vlad is not only backed by the Bayezid family, but also by the Church of Faith. He publicly challenges Jack and his organization for their wrongdoings, declaring his authority over the land of Soara and demanding Jack to surrender. This fight is also set up by a character named Mr. Joseph, which carries a certain weight for Vlad.
