Synopsis

The chapter opens with the aftermath of a previous battle where a character, Vlad, is struggling. A flashback reveals the horrifying experiences of a woman in a dark prison, which is somehow linked to the current enemy. Facing a foe immune to normal weapons, the protagonist, Jager, makes a risky decision to allow another character, whose aura is powerful, to temporarily take over his body to fight back with the use of aura. This decision was made to fulfill his promise to Josey, suggesting a loyalty beyond simple duty.
