Synopsis

The chapter opens with the 'Librarian in a Corner' welcoming warriors to a massive library containing records of countless worlds. He explains that they were chosen because they are unique 'named characters' from their respective worlds. The Librarian reveals the group’s mission: to enter one of eight 'cancelled apocalypses' and rewrite its ending, essentially saving it. Successfully completing the quest for one world will open the next floor of the tower, but failure means no further progress.
