Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist facing a group of gnome-like monsters, including archers and hammer-wielding types. They initially use magic missiles to fight back, but realize they need a more strategic approach. They reveal an ability to be unaffected by a paralyzing effect and utilize a replicated fountain pen to induce fear. They then empower their weapon, breaking through a shield and defeating the main monster.
