Synopsis

The chapter reveals that the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult is planning to take over Zhongyuan, utilizing a new and powerful army of Jiangshi monsters. These monsters were provided by a Tower of Trials manager and are currently wreaking havoc, overwhelming even the Kunlun Sect. The protagonist, realizing his master may be incapacitated, decides to venture to the Tower to stop the invasion, while the Murim Alliance remains disorganized and unwilling to cooperate. He leaves a message saying he will need his master's help later when he has fully recovered.
