Synopsis

Kang Jinhyuk reveals his plan to create a new force, triggering immediate opposition from the Empire, who rejects the idea for a year. He uses a 'blood control' power to corrupt a Saintess, activating a skill, and levels up, gaining a sword drawing technique. Meanwhile, the Tower punishes Murim for illegally interfering, confiscating their resources and making it clear that choosing a side is a serious decision. Jinhyuk does not side with any force, but he still shows the power of his growth.
