Synopsis

The chapter introduces Tower of Trials, a brutally hard VR game deemed unbeatable, causing its player base to dwindle. After years, the game suddenly receives a mysterious reboot, coinciding with the game world bleeding into the real world. The chapter follows a former pro gamer who, after finally conquering the game right before the reboot, realizes the world is changing and receives an in-game warning: humanity will perish if they don't clear the next floor within 7 days.
