Synopsis

The chapter is filled with action as the protagonist's shadow soldiers, especially Vulkans Horn, devour demon souls and level up, unlocking new store abilities. A weakened noble demon named Esil is introduced, who is revealed to be a survivor from a fallen house and who has lost her power. Beru uses a "Harsh Orders" skill on her, boosting her power at the cost of inflicting a curse of insanity, setting up a potential one-on-one fight.
