Synopsis

Hunters embark on a quest to rescue captured survivors, encountering lizard monsters and a speaking creature. The appearance of 'Mistbornes', burning corpses, creates a conflict within the hunting party; the captain prioritizes advancing despite the danger, while others are wary. Meanwhile, a separate group is revealed to be manufacturing 'stardust,' an item that enhances hunter abilities, with their 'firewood' supply having issues. The chapter also highlights the protagonist's unique abilities with his shadow soldiers and the hunters realizing his efficiency which leads them to invite him to join their strike team.
