Synopsis

The chapter opens with Beru and other shadow soldiers creating a comfortable resting area for Jinwoo, while Bellion shares his past with Ashborn, the previous Shadow Monarch. Jinwoo then has a meal with his family and is visited by a man who has awakened from eternal slumber, seeking to repay Jinwoo for saving him. Finally, massive gates appear across the globe, prompting Jinwoo to gather world leaders and reveal that a war between Monarchs and Rulers is coming, not a war between humanity and monsters.
