Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist mastering new magic techniques using a magical staff. He then adopts a talking cat, empowered by a purified spirit. Meanwhile, outside his territory, floods and diseases wreak havoc. His territory, however, remains unscathed due to his perceived prayers, resulting in increased citizen loyalty. The chapter concludes with the arrival of ambassadors from both Bonuso and Malus Kingdoms.
