Synopsis

The chapter begins with Jared facing a mental attack, which he is immune to thanks to Gracia's ring. He then encounters the Red Queen and her escorts, who he perceives as not being particularly special. Later, Jared gains a significant increase in his magic defense after leveling up, and learns the name of an enemy, Agrat, which links the recent chaos to the Kako Church. The chapter also focuses on Isabel's magic training, which is becoming darker due to her past trauma and the unique nature of her magic, and ends with them planning to raid a dungeon in the Demon Refuge.
