Synopsis

The protagonist meets Elysium, an Apostle of Dreams, who explains the powers of Thanatos, the God of Death and Sleep, and how she guards the Demon King's fragments. Elysium bestows upon him a temporary boost and a one-time access to a powerful shop. After acquiring a new skill and a divine relic, a global balance patch is announced which sparks controversy among players. The chapter ends with the protagonist receiving another quest reward, a divine object, instead of a divine relic.
