Synopsis

The chapter opens with a mysterious character providing Xiao Chen an elixir and explaining that physical strength isn't everything, warning him of spiritual Qi users. Later, Duan Siliang is interrogated about the delayed arrival of Jiang Meng, revealing that she was sent away by powerful individuals who impressed even the patriarch and gatekeeper. Finally, a separate being seems to take over the body, stating it's a 'partial success' and that from now on, they are the one in control.
