Synopsis

The chapter opens with internal monologue from a character grappling with their nature, possibly a reincarnation, unsure if they are a force for good or bad. It then shifts to what appears to be the aftermath of a major event, with one character announcing that 'Xiao Chen' is dead and taking on his identity in front of others. The usurper then declares they will return, expressing hatred for sneakiness while oddly repeating the identity-taking statement. The chapter concludes with promises of a return and threats towards those they consider sneaky.
