Synopsis

The chapter opens with Prince Ricardis and Princess Ganje meeting, where they discuss the "Fragment," a demonic poison created by the Black Moon, and its connection to the myth of Crean Tidanion. Simultaneously, Ricardis's guard is approached by a mysterious individual offering them a position, creating tension. The chapter ends with Ricardis and the guard going to a temple where they notice a peculiar engraving of the sun, suggesting something is off about the location and the mythos surrounding it.
