Synopsis

The chapter opens with a mercenary group mourning the death of their leader, discussing revenge, and the threat posed by a powerful Enforcer. Meanwhile, Sun Ran, now a Black Iron Enforcer, achieves a legendary mission evaluation and receives a substantial reward. He then joins a team, 'Rose of Thorns,' to tackle a high-stakes mission in the Dark Ages virtual world, where they must confront a Duke who has broken the game's intended narrative with help from the Vampire Guild. Despite initial low pay due to the team's composition, they decide to take on the mission with confidence.
