Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist clearing fish-lizard monsters to gain stat points, but he discovers that his increased rank severely reduces the experience gained from these lower-level foes. He then encounters a two-headed monstergator, a significantly more dangerous mutated creature, which he realizes he can't defeat alone. He is joined by Miss Yinyue, whom he had previously saved, leading them to form a temporary alliance to escape the tunnel and the monstergator.
