Synopsis

Gan Qi is surprised by Zuo Fan's immense power, far exceeding his expectations. Overwhelmed, Gan Qi confesses he was a spy for the Li family and reveals their plot against the mercenary association, stemming from his past debts and regrets. He also asks Zuo Fan to conceal his betrayal from his parents before attempting to kill himself, seemingly out of shame. Finally, there's a brief hint of a potential monster outbreak which ends as quickly as it began, and Hongwu flees after hearing about Gan Qi's situation.
