Synopsis

The chapter begins with Xiao-Fan resolving a dispute with Starfall Warriors harassing a trading center, impressing onlookers. He then reunites with old friends who acknowledge his growth, before traveling to Jinning, known for its strong combat force and monster dens. Xiao-Fan scouts the mercenary guild, and hears news of a joint operation where the top participants gain access to the heavily guarded Ghost Rain military base, his desired target. This presents an opportunity for him to infiltrate the base.
