Synopsis

The protagonist experiences a significant power boost after an encounter, allowing him to challenge a powerful monster. However, the battle is interrupted by the arrival of a mysterious, seemingly weak 'Lord' who commands the respect of the monster. The monster, a Ghost-Faced Wasp King, negotiates with the protagonist, offering knowledge of the monster territory and its treasures for cooperation, while also requesting that his child becomes the 'Lord's' retainer. The chapter ends with the protagonist agreeing to this proposal.
