Synopsis

The protagonist, after a tough battle with sword shadows, recovers miraculously from the scent of the Grey Nest Life Pool, enabling him to easily defeat remaining shadows and gain a powerful sword skill. Upon reaching the pool, the system tries to absorb it, creating a tense situation before he secures some of its water. Simultaneously, the pool's guardian refuses to join any mercenary faction, and a rival faction plans revenge, while the protagonist returns to heal his friend with the life pool's water.
