Synopsis

The chapter begins with the fallout of a barbarian ambush, revealing that a young Morg clan member was kidnapped and likely killed. Meanwhile, a noblewoman, who is already betrothed to the main character due to a past incident, conducts a bizarre evaluation of him, judging his intellect, fashion, and horsemanship, while also expressing a desire to undo their engagement. The chapter ends with the capture of a Rokoko barbarian, whose language is understood by the main character, who must translate his claims about the kidnapped Morg girl.
