Synopsis

The chapter begins with a tense standoff as the Baskerville envoy, including the protagonist, is blocked by the "Three Flowers" of the Morg family at a fortress, despite claiming to be on an inspection tour. The protagonist's past achievements, particularly in governing the underdog city, are highlighted, surprising the family patriarch. The protagonist is also being transferred to the elite Colosseo academy, accompanied by the aforementioned three sisters, and is charged with a territory inspection mission before commencing school. This all is set up to be a guise for an ulterior motive: to eliminate the Barbarians.
