Synopsis

Joshua, now ten, enters Avalon Academy, planning to use his time there to achieve the fifth stage of his magic spear art. He meets other noble children, including the notorious genius, Icarus, and forms friendships with Agares. The chapter also delves into Icarus’s past, his connection with the first Imperial Prince, and reveals Joshua's ambitions to recruit Icarus to his side. Simultaneously, a conversation at Duke Agnus's residence reveals concerns about Joshua's legitimacy and the possibility of conflict over his claim to the family headship, due to his unique circumstances and potential power rivalries with others carrying Imperial blood.
