Synopsis

The chapter begins with a flashback about Asmodeus and how he created death knights, then shifts to the Elves who are declaring their freedom and intentions to unite under a new leader. It is revealed that a hidden power within the Imperial family has manipulated events and used powerful mages like Evergrant as pawns. Evergrant is then confronted about his past and ambitions to create a new magical empire, and his connection to a third party that no one could comprehend. The chapter ends with Evergrant seemingly ready to be killed but not after his own revelations about others.
