Synopsis

The chapter delves into the tragic backstory of Beruburu, an elf driven by betrayal and a desire for power, leading him to create a massive undead army using his daughter as a sacrifice. He explains his motivations to Joshua before succumbing to his wounds. Meanwhile, Joshua reveals his true power by easily destroying a bone dragon, but his actions are seen as heretical, as the use of black magic is forbidden on the continent. The story ends by revealing that there is another Lich commanding the undead army, and Joshua reveals he intentionally attacked to locate the Lich's life vessel.
