Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist being questioned about their past life on Earth. They are then judged for minor transgressions from their past, each resulting in ridiculous punishments. A god-like being proposes a deal to the protagonist: they will be reincarnated on Earth, tasked with sealing rogue deities who are encroaching on the human realm. In return, they are promised a new life after completing this dangerous task, a deal the protagonist accepts.
