Synopsis

The chapter opens with the reappearance of the Spider Queen, a red-level calamity, at a market, leading to panic and a decision to bury the entire site to hide the failure of the authorities. Meanwhile, an individual, seemingly with a unique skill set and a disdain for divine artifacts, emerges, easily defeating the calamities and challenging Gemini disciples. This person is revealed to be connected to a past conflict, and their actions directly oppose the established hierarchy and their efforts to cover up the crisis.
