Synopsis

This chapter focuses on the protagonist's internal struggle as he realizes the methods to defeat the Calamity Fish: destroying the core in its stomach or attacking its heart. He decides to pursue the latter by targeting the energy source that sustains it. Despite the hardship and the overwhelming power of the enemy, he pushes forward, severing the energy source's connecting blood vessels in a final act of defiance. The chapter ends with a mysterious person's order to find Kang Hansoo, who is revealed to have slain the Calamity Fish.
