Synopsis

The chapter begins with the history of a family's demonic sword and their duty to protect it. It then transitions to reveal the family's downfall due to a corrupt Temple of Light, which caused a financial crisis by selling fraudulent investment products. The protagonist learns from his master that the Temple is also involved with a demon god cult, but then discovers his master is deceiving him too and plans to hand over a dragon heart to the cult leader, while a dungeon raid is underway at the temple.
