Synopsis

The protagonist begins establishing his pavilion, discussing financial needs and a desire for independence through successful missions. Despite initial disappointment at the lack of personnel and assigned missions, he is soon joined by a skilled Escort Warrior, Ga Bulyeom, and an accountant, Jeon Limslung. Both were surprisingly demoted from higher positions after intentionally forcing a transfer to the pavilion. The chapter ends with the realization that the pavilion already has key members.
