Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist exhibiting unusual energy, then quickly shifts to his training regimen. His instructor assigns him to fill a flawed jar with water and climb a cliff to build physical strength, explaining internal energy needs a sturdy body. The protagonist and his instructor make a deal if he can climb the cliff he will receive the promised martial art training. He also begins to ponder a different approach to his power, questioning whether he needs to control it.
