Synopsis

The Blue Guild attempts to lowball Lee Kiyoung's party during contract negotiations, underestimating their influence. Kiyoung strategically uses his prior interaction with the mercenary queen, Cha Heera, to intimidate the Blue Guild's members after their leader attempts to use force. He successfully convinces them to offer much better terms, including a new unit formation and administrative positions, by leveraging his perceived connection to Heera. The chapter ends with Kiyoung speculating about Blue's true strength and hidden secrets.
