Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist leveraging future knowledge to instruct his friend to evacuate the school nurse before she dies. The protagonist then encounters a B-Ranked villain known for killing during gate breaks, confirming a change in the timeline. He discovers that overuse of skills causes fatigue but that he can recover mana through absorbing dead monsters with his 'Predation' skill. He then faces off against another A-Ranked Awakened.
