Synopsis

Kruvar explains his backstory, involving a succession conflict between him and his older brother, which led to his self-imposed exile. The heroes receive a gift from Kruvar, leading to a new form for Ruru, followed by Kruvar's return to his homeland, where he must face an entrance inspection overseen by his younger brother Tarakhan. The chapter highlights Kruvar's conflicted feelings and growing resolve as he confronts his past and prepares for the future, ending with a somewhat surprising amicable welcome from Tarakhan.
