Synopsis

The chapter delves into the past of Prince Callian, showing his fear of Prince Planche due to his red eyes and his overall weak and unsupported existence. The current protagonist, now in Callian's body, recalls Callian's assassination attempt on Queen Celece which is publicly known but believed to be untrue. They determine not to wait for the assassination but rather to try changing the pre-determined fate knowing that Callian's death is approaching in about a month or two.
