Synopsis

Noel and Lena join a hunting party after coming of age, where they encounter a Mythic Fox, a creature proving too dangerous for just two people. The chapter shifts focus as news of a war declaration by the kingdom of Astin against Velita is revealed. Lena, as a daughter of a warlord, and Noel, spurred by a desire to be by her side and become a knight, both resolve to participate in the war, despite concerns about their skills. Noel is threatened with violence to discourage him from joining.
