Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist discovering he is ranked F despite having sealed powers. He learns how to increase his rank and is invited to join a party due to his low rank, which he refuses. He explains his solo plans despite being warned about the dangerous Hobgoblin in the area, and ends the chapter on his own, following goblin tracks.
