Synopsis

After enduring a direct hit from a death attack and realizing he can handle death to some extent, the protagonist is rewarded with new skills, including the ability to synthesize and embody egos. He then opens reward boxes, discovering pieces of his own body mixed in with ego fragments, and heads to a cafe seemingly under control of the organization he's involved with, preparing to learn more about his situation. The chapter ends with a notice of a production hiatus, indicating that the story will be taking a break.
