Synopsis

Heroes are transported to Niflheimr, a massive facility, via flying ships, where they begin their trainee program. They are led to a training area with a rigid hierarchy, and are warned about the consequences of stepping out of line. An intimidating advanced instructor named Elderkin Bragh is introduced, impressing the trainees with his strength and speed, setting a tone of discipline and control for the training ahead. The chapter also shows glimpses of fallen Townias from the dimension they traveled from.
